How to customize your business broker plus email signature.

This this article will show you exactly how to customize and download your own business broker plus email using our business broker plus signature template.


Step 1: Open Gmail   

The first step you have to do is open your Gmail account and go to the settings wheel on the top right corner.

Step 2 : See All Settings     

Once you click the settings wheel, a drop-down will come up and you will see a button that says see all settings. Click that and it will open up your settings panel.

Step 3 : Create new signature

Once you’re setting panel is open, you will stay in the general tab and scroll all the way down until you see signature. There will be a button at the bottom that says create new. Click that to create a new signature.

Step 4 : Name your signature

A pop-up will open, and you can create the name of your new signature. You can have multiple signatures that you can use for different emails.

Step 5 : Add Your Signature  

Once you’ve named your signature, you will be back in the main settings panel. In the signature section, there will be a white box to the right of the signature you just named. Navigate to the image icon below the white box. This is how you will insert your signature.

Step 6 : Upload Signature

Once you click the image icon, a pop-up will emerge that will say add an image you can drag your signature file to the box or you can click to select your device.

Step 7 : Highlight your signature     

Once you have added your image to the signature section you will see it in the white box that was once blank. From here you were going to want to highlight the image. Once you have highlighted the image, it should be in blue. Click the link icon in the options menu below.

Step 8 : Create Link   

Once you click the link button, they pop-up will come up that says edit link. In the web address, you will put the URL that you want to link to your signature. In the image we have it linked to business broker plus.com but you can link it to your profile on the website, a link tree, your Facebook, etc. Once you have created this link once somebody clicks on your image, it will take them to this destination.

Step 9 : Signature Defaults    

Below the signature section, you will see “signature defaults”. This is the place where you can select what signatures you would like to show with what email. So for your business broker plus email you can show your business broker plus signature. With your personal email you can show a different one if you want.

Step 10 : Save your settings     

Once you are done with all of your settings for your signature, be sure to save it. If you do not save it, you will have to redo it all.

Step 11 : Test to make sure it works    

once you have saved your signature head back to your inbox and click compose. Select the email that you sent as your default for your signature. At this point your signature should pop up.
