3. Unlocking Levels
To open up earnings from each level, you need to have the corresponding number of TLQs as follows:
Level 1: 1+ TLQ
Level 2: 5+ TLQs
Level 3: 10+ TLQs
Level 4: 15+ TLQs
Level 5: 20+ TLQs

4. Max Yearly Earnings Per Broker
The program caps the maximum earnings per broker in your downline to encourage broad-based team growth:

Level 2: $3,300

5. Deal Percentage
The percentage of the deal you earn grows with each level:
Level 1: 5%
Level 2: 5.5%
Level 3: 6%
