Broker+ Program
The Broker+ Program® is a revenue share model that pays brokers for recruiting other brokers to join Biz Broker +. This 5-level revenue-sharing program allows brokers to earn additional income not just on the brokers they directly recruit (Top Line Brokers) but also on the brokers that their recruits bring into the Company, extending five levels deep.
(The deal % is based upon the gross revenue from the companies 30% of the transaction)
Tier Breakdown and Compensation Details Level 1: Direct Recruits
Definition: Brokers directly recruited by you (Top Line Brokers).
Earnings Potential: Up to $3,000 per year per broker.
Commission Rate: 5% of the total commission paid to Biz Broker + for each transaction completed by brokers in Level 1.
Unlocking Requirements: No unlocking needed; all direct recruits are automatically in Level 1.
Level 2: Indirect Recruits (First Level Downline)
Definition: Brokers recruited by your Level 1 brokers.
Earnings Potential: Up to $3,300 per year per broker.
Commission Rate: 5.5% of the total commission paid to Biz Broker + for each transaction completed by brokers in Level 2.
Unlocking Requirements: 5 active brokers in your Top Line (Level 1).
Level 3: Indirect Recruits (Second Level Downline)
Definition: Brokers recruited by brokers in your Level 2 downline.
Earnings Potential: Up to $3,600 per year per broker.
Commission Rate: 6% of the total commission paid to Biz Broker + for each transaction completed by brokers in Level 3.
Unlocking Requirements: 10 active brokers in your Top Line (Level 1).
Level 4: Indirect Recruits (Third Level Downline)
Definition: Brokers recruited by brokers in your Level 3 downline.
Earnings Potential: Up to $3,900 per year per broker.
Commission Rate: 6.5% of the total commission paid to Biz Broker + for each transaction completed by brokers in Level 4.
Unlocking Requirements: 15 active brokers in your Top Line (Level 1).
Level 5: Indirect Recruits (Fourth Level Downline)
Definition: Brokers recruited by brokers in your Level 4 downline.
Earnings Potential: Up to $4,200 per year per broker.
Commission Rate: 7% of the total commission paid to Biz Broker + for each transaction completed by brokers in Level 5.
Unlocking Requirements: 20 active brokers in your Top Line (Level 1).
General Conditions for the Broker+ Program:
Qualification Criteria: A broker must complete at least two transactions within a six-month period to qualify for the Broker+ Program.
Income Limitation: No income is paid for any downline levels where the required number of Top Line Brokers has not been met.
Termination of Broker Relationship: If a broker leaves Biz Broker +, future commissions from their downline revert to Biz Broker +, and the broker forfeits any right to future commissions or revenue sharing.
