How the Mentor Program Works
Requirement for New Brokers – Any broker who has never closed a transaction must complete the Biz Broker+ Mentor Program before handling deals independently.
Guidance from Experienced Brokers – Mentors provide hands-on support, helping mentees navigate their first three transactions.
Commission Structure – To compensate mentors for their time and expertise, they receive 10% of the mentee’s commission from their first three deals.
Clear Focus – This program is strictly focused on transactional support, ensuring mentees learn how to structure and close deals effectively.
