Once you’ve secured a listing, we ask that all brokers submit their listing agreements through the form provided.
There are a few key reasons for this:
It helps us stay informed on what you’re working on so we can better support you.
It allows us to prepare your contract file in case the listing goes under contract.
If you are ever in a situation where a document has been misplaced, we have a copy for you.
It gives us what we need to help you promote the listing on social media once it’s live.
